No, we won’t weigh your car before each race, but we do have a list of rules to help keep things fair and square 🙂 Click here to peruse them; we welcome any questions or comments you may have.
1937 was a heady time in motorsport. Amidst political change and technological advancement, teams like Mercedes, Auto Union and Alfa Romeo set the standard. Names like Caracciola, Nuvolari and Lang were the stuff of legend. It was an era worthy of the title “Golden Age.” We’ll never truly know what it was like to roar through the open forest with 600 horsepower at one’s fingertips — but thanks to rFactor and Team Vintage, we can recreate this era in a simracing environment.
In the coming weeks, Simon Wattman and myself (both seasoned simracers) will be launching our own 1937 rFactor series, based at this website. An accompanying forum has been created; there is a link to it in the homepage menu. We are still finalizing dates, rules, points, mod physics and other variables. Please check back soon for further updates. We look forward to seeing you on the track!
